Support passage of a bill to create a Gold Star Family license plate in Connecticut by emailing your local state representative. It would be a great way to honor and remember Sgt. Joseph Nolan and all the fallen soldiers from Connecticut. The idea for the bill was introduced by Sgt. Nolan's father.
