Third Annual Joseph Nolan Memorial Golf Tournament

Those that knew Joe Nolan might first say that a golf tournament in his memory doesn't make a whole lot of sense. After all, Joe wasn't known as being the golfer in his family. But it was never hard to drag him out to the course. What mattered to him was the opportunity to spend time with his friends and loved ones, living and laughing in the moment.

And if you ever were at the business end of Joe's wit–or saw Joe's swing–you know there was a lot of laughter on the green when he was around.

Joe accomplished a lot in his lifetime, not the least of which was the way he inspired so many people with his bravery, brilliance, and charm. The Joseph Nolan Scholarship Fund will continue his example, by motivating and supporting people who never got to meet him.

Every year, it's another opportunity to have some fun, laugh a lot, and celebrate the guy who brings us all together. And when you think about it like that, having a golf tournament for Joe makes perfect sense after all.
